This project is currently in progress. In this case study, I will only show an overview of the research process and a little of the user interface. Although this project is still in development, I am willing to discuss further to explain its design process. When the project is completed, I will elaborate on this case study in detail.
Overview
This project is carried out as part of an internship conducted by Binar Academy through Binar Labs. In this project, I serve as a UI/UX designer. I conduct user research up to prototyping. My task is to create a job portal website developed by Binar Academy to assist alumni and job seekers in finding employment and connecting them with the best companies, especially in IT jobs.
About Binar Academy
Binar Academy is a forward-thinking educational institution focused on developing digital talent. They believe that bridging the skills gap in the tech industry requires innovative solutions and hands-on learning opportunities. So they decided to create a job platform for connecting graduates with potential employers, ensuring that students have a clear path from education to employment. Binar Academy provides an outsourcing system for companies seeking IT candidates from its pool of talent.
Understanding Problems
To better understand the user's problem, we conducted interviews with stakeholders and users. We gained several insights and findings regarding the issues faced by the users and stakeholders, as well as their needs. The users are divided into three categories: job seekers, administrators, and companies or employers.

Jobseeker/Alumni
Difficulty in Finding Suitable Jobs: Jobseekers face challenges in finding jobs that are suitable for them.
Complicated Registration Process: Through Binar Job Connect, jobseekers feel that the registration flow is too complicated.
Lack of Feedback: Jobseekers do not have the freedom to know feedback from the companies they apply to regarding the rejection of their applications.
Admin Binar Academy
Manpower Shortage: Binar Academy faces a shortage of manpower due to the large number of applicants.
Manual Job Updates: Binar Academy still uses manual methods to update job listings.
Bridging Alumni and Hiring Partners: Binar Academy needs an easier way to connect alumni with hiring partners without using third-party tools (WhatsApp and email).
Direct Registration on Platform: Binar Academy wants companies and alumni to be able to register directly on the job platform without having to use Typeform anymore.
Partner Recruiters
High Dependency on Operations Team: Recruiters have to wait for the Binar Connect team to provide application data, leading to a high dependency on the operations team.
Objectives
Before moving on to the next stage, we need to establish the goals for the product we are going to create. The main goal is to accelerate the recruitment process and reduce operational dependencies.

Unfortunately, for now, the case study can only be presented up to this point. Although this case study is not perfect and detailed, let alone representing the entire project, I am willing to explain further about the design process through a discussion with you!
